St. Martins is a seasonal coastal community, so some restaurants and attractions operate on reduced hours or close during parts of the off-season, particularly in winter and early spring. Guests can still enjoy peaceful coastal views, beach walks, and the beauty of the Bay of Fundy year-round, and we’re always happy to recommend nearby dining and services that are open during your stay.
Due to parking, septic, and neighbourhood considerations, the cottages are not suitable for large events or weddings.
We ask guests to keep noise levels low after 10 PM and before 8 AM to respect neighbouring properties.
