Welcome to Sea Breeze Cottage.

This was the first renovated cottage by Becky at Cave View Cottages. Becky bought and renovated this cottage in 2019 and transformed this quaint 1880s home into a beautiful oasis for guests looking to stay in the seaside town of St. Martins, New Brunswick.

This two-level cottage has been restored to preserve its old-world charm with some original features being kept in the upstairs level.

It is the perfect place for families and large groups to stay, with accommodations for up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total in this ocean view cottage.

All necessary living accommodations are provided in the cottage for comfort and minimal packing when travelling. There is a heat pump in the home and a wood firepit outside for evening campfires.

Sea Breeze cottage has a beautiful ocean view, is close to the popular tourist spot “The Caves” and several fantastic restaurants and is just a few minutes' drive from the Fundy Trail Parkway.

The location alone, however, is not what makes Sea Breeze Cottage a must-see on your East Coast travels. Great care has been taken in the restoration of this property so that guests experience the elegance of old-world seaside charm, with all the luxuries of modern life. When entering the cottage, guests immediately feel a sense of calm as if they are being welcomed home. It is that atmosphere that was a driving force behind the restoration process and Becky fully achieved her goal of recreating that!

Sea Breeze cottage is located just next door to another rental cottage from Cave View Cottages, making it also a perfect place for renting for wedding guests or family reunions. Oftentimes, larger groups will rent out both properties which has been a fantastic feature that few rental places can accommodate.

Every detail of Sea Breeze Cottage was considered to maximize the comfort and feelings of home by the sea for the guests who come to stay.

Without a doubt, you will enter feeling welcomed, and leave feeling refreshed. This is a place to just “be” and create memories you will want to circle back to over and over again.
